Nutrition “101” Series
Learn to expand your repertoire of foods in some of the most basic and important areas with this series of customized sessions. You and your nutritionist will set goals based on your personal lifestyle and desired knowledge. At the completion of Nutrition 101, you will have full understanding of the basic nutrition that is important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Choose between 6 and 12 sessions at 60 minutes each.

Cardiac Health Education
For clients that have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Type II Diabetes, or a history of family heart issues. Your nutritionist will help you become knowledgeable about the impact of food and lifestyle on your health and changes you can make to eliminate, control or avoid the above stated conditions.

Holistic’ Health
During this one-hour session, you and your nutritionist will explore both Primary and Secondary foods and their impact on your choices. You will also discuss your specific challenges in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, as well as the changes that can be made to get on a healthier path.

Yes, it is possible to find healthy alternatives to some of the unhealthier options that are popular today.
